Orders are processed only after confirmation and (if applicable) payment verification.

• Outside major cities: 3–7 business days

Delivery time may vary due to:

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will review the issue and take appropriate action according to our return/refund policy.

8. Refused or Returned Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without valid reason:
